Our Price Match Promise

Biggars Music are delighted to offer a Price Match Service. The internet has been a revolution in shopping, but this has also meant that we as a small retailer have to check hundreds of competitors daily and sometimes we may not initially appear as competitive as we can be. Our Price Match Promise is that we promise we will do our utmost to match or beat a competitor's online price in accordance with the terms below.

By filling in the below form we will endeavour to come back to you within 24 hours.

Please note we can ONLY price match the same products on a UK retailers website, where the product is still live and in stock at the same price at the time of purchase. We cannot price match items bought on Finance or any other offers or deals. This is also not a guarantee, it is a promise to try to match or come as close as possible to a competitor's pricing.

The world of retail in musical instruments is an extensive market and suppliers prices often fluctuate. We just want to let you the customer know, that sometimes it really is impossible to beat somebody else's price as they may have stock from a period when a price was lower or a supplier had an offer, but that isn't going to stop us trying our best! So please do give us the chance to try!

Price Match Terms & Conditions:

  • Biggars Music reserves the right to withdraw the Price Match at any time.
  • Products being price matched must be NEW and have an identical specification including brand, size and colour.
  • Price Match is only applicable against VAT registered business in the UK, including any UK websites but excluding auction sites, market stalls, private sales, liquidation sales or any typographical errors.
  • This offer is valid for 5 days after purchase.
  • Products must be in stock at competitor and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
  • We will only match against any advertised competitor selling price which is available to any member of the public, which excludes promotional vouchers and on-line codes.
  • Biggars Music must be able to verify the current offer with the competitor.
  • Prices being matched must be inclusive of VAT.
  • All Price Matches are at the discretion of Biggars Music.
  • Please note this is not a guarantee and we may not be able to match a price but we will endeavour to come as close as we reasonably can.
