Sharing the same features as the Admira ‘A15’ but with an all solid combination of cedar top and rosewood back and sides gives the Admira A20 that truly authentic tone. The mahogany neck is reinforced with rosewood and is finished in high-gloss with gold machineheads. The most developed neck joint in guitar construction, a traditional Spanish heel-neck joint is used in the crafting of the ADM20. A guitar built with a Spanish neck has the headblock and neck carved from a single piece of wood. Therefore it is significantly more complex than a glued neck, but the sonic benefits are worth the effort. Also featured is Maple binding on the top and back and an Indian Rosewood bridge with bone rosette.
Admira Handcrafted guitars are a fusion of the best quality materials, designs and manufacturing techniques by highly skilled Spanish-trained luthiers. Their luthiers use traditional handcrafting methods to produce guitars with exceptional tone, clarity and expression.
What we say about the ADM20
Admira use all solid woods in the construction of the A20. The difference to the tone and projection is incredible when compared to other models lower in the series. The low end has more bass and is more resonant, the high end is crisp and clean sounding, with a lovely brightness that just rounds the tone completely. All round, this is a fantastic guitar.
