Named after Wimborne in the English county of Dorset, the BM600 is a traditional A-Style mandolin. It was during the late 19th century that Albert Mullins and S Bowley Barnes first met in the town of Wimborne and formed the friendship upon which the next few decades of performance and business would be founded. This model features a dark stained finish and a rosewood fingerboard to ensure an authentic feel and appearance. This model also is available with electronics installed: see BM600E
What we say about the BM600
This mandolin features a traditional and attractive aesthetic which captures the style of classic mandolins. This instrument has a crisp and clean high end, due to being made with spruce and maple.
